Baked Brie w/ Toasted Dukkah Crust


  • 1 round of Brie or Camembert cheese
  • generous sprinkle of dukkah spice mix
  • apricot jam
  • crackers or crusty bread for serving


  1. Preheat oven to 375°
  2. Slice top rind off of cheese
  3. Spread apricot jam generously over the top of the cheese
  4. Sprinkle dukkah generously over top of cheese to cover and press gently to stick
  5. Place on cookie sheet and bake just until toasty and warm (about 5-8 minutes). Be careful not to burn the dukkah
  6. Serve warm and either slice or scoop onto crackers or crusty bread

Optional Preparation

  1. Spread apple or apricot jam/preserves on top of cheese, top with dukkah crust and bake
