  Thank you for your video. It was so helpful to me. I was getting discouraged making jam with pectin. It never set or tasted right. Now I make all my jams sans the pectin and they are absolutely heavenly! And....so easy! The color and taste is much more intense and much less sugar. I will never buy pectin again.
