Hana uses summer squash, zucchini and grape tomatoes, but you can let the season influence your choice of vegetables.
Hana Fritz is a teacher, dog lover, vegetarian and home cook. Inspiration for kitchen experimentation came at a young age when Hana was given an apron and a wooden spoon as gifts. She spent Sundays watching her grandmother make meals with fresh vegetables from the garden. While Hana's cooking is vegetarian-based, meat could be easily added to any of her dishes, as this helps her peacefully co-exist with....a carnivore.
