Preheat oven to 400°

In a large bowl, gently toss berries with sugar, cinnamon and cornstarch

Sprinkle lemon (or lime) juice over the mixture

Mix thoroughly but gently so as not to crush the berries

Sprinkle flour on a work surface and roll out dough to just over 8" to form the bottom crust. Gently tuck dough into an 8" pie pan

Spoon berry mixture into bottom crust

Dot with butter evenly over pie filling

Roll out top crust and place over the filling. Pinch crust together at edges. Not too thin or crust will burn

Cut plenty of 1/4" vents in the top crust

Bake for 20-25 minutes, until crust is golden brown
Tip: Filling can also be used in tarts or mini pies
