Mexican Hot Chocolate <p> The most interesting thing that I discovered about Mexican Hot Chocolate is that they don&#39;t use milk to make it. <a href="/videos/profiles/about-alex-whitmore">Alex</a> told us that Mexicans drink hot chocolate like we drink coffee so they don&#39;t make it with milk. Intriguing. What also fascinated us about Mexican Hot Chocolate is the very cool gadget they use to make it. You&#39;ll have to watch the video to see how it&#39;s done though. We don&#39;t want to spoil the fun.</p>

    I'm Hispanic (Mexican descent), and this is about as authentic as it gets. :) My mom makes it in a large pot, without the frothing, but only because she can't be bothered with it. Great vid!
