What size disher (#20, #40, #60, etc) should I use to make the Mexican Wedding Cookies described in a video on your site?

    These cookies can be made with or without a scoop and any size you like. Baker Earl Darny uses a small scoop for his video which would yield about 2-1/2 dozen cookies. But we've used medium scoops and loved the outcome. You can alternately shape them by hand, again, any size you like. They literally will melt in your mouth! Enjoy.
