Eggcellent Technique Series Has Hatched!

Due to popular demand, we are creating more techniques videos for you. Last week, we shot a technique series on EGGS with Executive Chef Peter Davis from Henrietta’s Table in Harvard Square. Peter is a man ahead of his time and has worked with local farmers and maintained a green kitchen for many years. And, he’s cooked an egg or two along the way. Whether you’re a beginning or expert in the kitchen, we guarantee that you will learn something new. These are great basics you shouldn’t be without. Try these egg techniques:

Scrambled eggs are quick and nutritious option during the week. And thankfully my son will eat them. Now I’m tempted to serve him eggs over easy (with a side of bacon). A delightful Sunday morning meal.
i love eggs. i need to make some rice omelette soon
Thanks so much for these! We all cook eggs at home but it was great to learn now a real chef cooks them. It was interesting to see his technique for boiled eggs, gonna try it because mine always end up grayish in the center. I’m also gonna try to poach some eggs too, I’ve always been a bit intimidated to try it but now I will!
